Calm Water Life, LLC was born from a passion for creating innovative solutions for swimming and water fitness. Our journey began with the design of a product that addressed two common challenges: the need for an effective small kickboard for swimming drills; and a functional piece of equipment that wouldn't break or deteriorate during water fitness activities.

In the summer of 2021, we developed our first prototype — a lightweight, buoyant device made from EVA foam with strategically placed cut-outs. These openings not only facilitated water flow but also doubled as handles, enhancing usability. Following rigorous testing and feedback from swimmers, coaches, and fitness enthusiasts, the design was refined and ultimately granted a patent in early 2024.

The latest version of the Enki Board is manufactured using an eco-friendly process that minimizes waste, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. We are deeply grateful to the instructors, coaches, and participants who have supported us by testing and adopting our products. As we look to the future, Calm Water Life remains steadfast in its mission to promote and celebrate the health and wellness benefits of water-based exercise.
